You can return your product(s) for an refund or exchange by following these steps:
1. Contact us returns or email us (email@example.com), and request to the merchandise sent back within 30 days from delivery date, as long as it has not already been used;
2 Using trackable shipping service ensure that there are no signs of wear.When requesting a cancellation please be sure send all packaged items securely with insurance so we know what happened during transport.
3 Please keep proof-of your received email with "Return Request" in subject line
4 We'll let you know once its processed!

WHAT IS OUR RESENT POLICY WORKING?
If you are suffering from one of the following conditions, we will send a new package.
If you think the items that were sent are not fit for your needs, send us pictures of how they look on and we'll take care of sending out another shipment.
The $10-$50(depends upon what products) charge covers shipping costs so it's easy as pie!
2. DELAY SHIPMENT
1) If the package has not arrived within 30 days of declared shipment, please contact us so that we may investigate.
2) We know that with every day, the package you're looking forward to is getting closer and not being delivered. If we haven't heard back from your tracks within 30 or 60 days of when it was supposed to leave then please give us a contact so one of our customer service representatives can get things going again for free!
3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST
We will reship your order for free if the package is getting lost or seized by customs. We'll also send you an email letting you know what's going on with it so that there are no surprises at arrival!

Where I can see the “declared shipment time”?
When you are on the checkout page and choose your shipping method, there will be a drop-down menu with different options. If free shipping is chosen then it may say something like "Free domestic or international shipping." However if DHL or another company's service was used for delivery (such as UPS), then this box would instead include information about when they expect to deliver during business hours!
